On July 28, 2015 the
Christmas in JulyToy Drive
came to a delightful end as
hundreds of toys and crafts
and games were delivered to
the Women and Children’s
Hospital of Buffalo. New
York State Assemblyman
RayWalter
chaired the drive
and the
Western New York
Funeral Directors
Golf Out-
ing purchased hundreds of
toys to donate to the drive.
The toys were distributed
at the hospital by Santa, Sa-
bretooth, the Buffalo Sabres
mascot, Cinderella and her
Fairy Friend. The toys were
given to current patients as
well as being used for future
patients through the year.
“Nothing could be better
than bringing a smile to the
face of a child, who has to
spend time in the hospital,
whether one week or one
year, who has missed out on
holidays or birthdays. That
being said, I am honored to
once again donate all of the
proceeds, which this year
with toy donations, totaled
over $5,000, to the Christ-
mas in July Toy Drive,” said
Jack Attfield
, Chairman of
the WNY Funeral Direc-
tors Golf Outing, and fu-
neral director at the
Lake-
side Memorial Funeral
Home
in Hamburg.
“We could not have done
it without the support of
our sponsors, volunteers
and the generosity of all the
golfers who came out this
year. I would like to espe-
cially thank the
Zajac Fu-
neral Home
in Niagara
Falls, NY and

jor sponsors at this year’s
outing. We look forward
to partnering with Assem-
blyman Walter for years to
come to bring even more
smiles to the kids here at
Children’s.”
