ond quarter results with
Adjusted Net Income
of $6.4 million equal to
Adjusted Diluted EPS
of $0.34 and Adjusted
Net Income Margin of
10.8% on record revenue
of $59.3 million. While
the second quarter reve-
nue and earnings increas-
es over last year were all
modest in the 3% - 5%
range, the large increas-
es comprising our record
high performance for the
first six months contin-
ues to reflect the maturity
and effectiveness of Car-
riage as an operating and
consolidation platform
that has also become a su-
perior value creation in-
vestment platform. We
are producing record
amounts of Adjusted Free
Cash Flow, i.e. $13.9 mil-
lion for the second quar-
ter and $25.4 million for
the first six months, pri-
marily a function of our
increasing cash earning
power as reflected by our
historically high Adjusted
Consolidated EBITDA
Margin of 30.1% for the
first six months of 2015.
To reflect primarily the
overhead benefits of recent
organizational
changes,
we are raising our Rolling
Four Quarter Outlook of
Adjusted Diluted Earnings
per share to $1.57 - $1.61
from $1.55 - $1.59 at the
end of the first quarter,”
concluded Mr. Payne.
Carriage Services also an-
nounced that its Board of
Directors on July 29, 2015
declared the quarterly divi-
dend of 2.5 cents per share
payable on September 1,
2015 to common share re-
cord holders as of August
14, 2015.
