Transfer to a warm platter. In a saucepan, heat oil and add cumin. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sauté over medium high heat, 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from heat; add crème fraiche and red pepper, and season to taste with salt and pepper. To serve, top spinach with chicken and sauce. Good Eating! Pumpk in Sp i ce Cook i es 1 box low-fat yellow cake mix 1 egg ½ cup quick-cooking oats 1 15-ounce can pumpkin 2½ tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 Tbsp oil 3 cups powdered sugar 4 Tbsp orange juice 1 tsp grated orange peel Combine the cake mix, oats and pumpkin pie spice. In another bowl, beat the egg, pumpkin and oil; stir into dry ingredients until moistened. Spray coat baking sheets; drop dough by 2-tablespoons onto sheets, and flatten with back of spoon. Bake at 350º for 18-20 minutes, until edges are golden brown. For icing, combine sugar, orange peel and enough juice to make spreading consistency. Frost the cooled cookies. WHEELING,IL—The Cremation Association of North America (CANA) brought more than 280 people to Atlanta, GA in August for the 104th Cremation Innovation Convention.
