Valued at up to $500, the awards underwrite reg- istration fees for a single NFDA Cremation Certi- fication, Arranger Training or Certified Preplanning Consultant (CPC) session of the recipient’s choosing. “Our goal is to help fu- neral service professionals throughout their careers,” said Wiensch. “The awards are ideal for funeral direc- tors who’ve benefitted oth- er Foundation, scholar- ships and programs.” The Foundation accepts names for Career Develop- ment Awards throughout the year.
