The Wich- mann Businesses consist of five funeral homes, two crematoria and one crema- tion business which com- plement PLC’s existing op- erations in and around the Madison area. PLC has entered into a de- finitive agreement to pur- chase substantially all of the assets of West Funeral Home, Inc., West Monu- ment Company and Cem- etery, Inc . and Sky View Memorial Park, Inc ., in Asheville and Weaverville, NC. The West Businesses consist of one funeral home, three cemeteries and one monument company and complement PLC’s existing North Carolina operations.
