Customers can also create person- alized pages to meet their cemeteries’ individual needs. The website also in- tegrates their Genealogy Burial Record Database as well as their Nationwide Live Floral eCommerce Program. The Genealogy Burial Record Da- tabase is a convenient way to store burial records off site. Once the burial records are transferred into their data- base, they are fully searchable, provid- ing the name, location, date of birth and date of death. Records can be im- ported into the database using any spreadsheet or csv file. The burial re- cords can be printed individually or in sections to meet consumer’s needs. An important part of the Burial Re- cord Database is the ability to store documents digitally. The Burial Re- cord Database allows customers to upload important documents relat- ing to the deceased such as ownership contracts and other legal documents and attach them to the burial record. All documents are printable. This is a great offsite storage system to protect the records in case of a fire or flood. The Nationwide Live Floral eCom- merce Program features live floral ar- rangements that are delivered nation- wide within 2 days to ensure their freshness. Their e-commerce program is also tied to the Burial Record Da- tabase. Customers search the database for their loved ones as part of the floral ordering process. This puts the buri- al location information directly onto the floral order form to ensure that the floral arrangements are delivered to the proper grave.  Comsoft Business Solutions can offer web based email for those companies that do not currently have email. It can be accessed anywhere using a web browser. There is no program required to install on the computer to access the mail.
