A recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Cole expresses a love and passion for de- sign and architecture. When not designing or building something, he enjoys car events and racing, hiking, ski- ing and snowboarding. Weible joined Tribute Precast on February 11, 2019. He was promoted to Plant Manager on on July 9, 2021. Matt is responsible for daily production, coordination of delivery schedules, and the supervision of production Systems in Ashley, IN. In his role, Cole will be responsible for the design and detailing of construc- tion drawings and the ad- ministration of projects under the supervision of the managing architect. Cole’s knowledge and in- terest in precast concrete structures enhances his skill sets within the Trib- ute Companies since the firm also owns and oper- employees and safety standards. He resides locally with his wife and three children. In addition to the manufacturing division, the Tribute Companies has an architectural firm, Tribute Design that offers design and master planning services for cem- eteries and funeral homes and has assisted with their de- velopment needs for over 40 years.
