According to NAD chairman, W. As in the past, our goal is to bring you factual in- formation that will help you better serve the families who have entrusted the care of their loved one to you.” Programming will get underway for BIE members and invited presenters on Monday morning, September 16, with a tour of Ferno-Washington, followed by the Annual General Meeting at CCMS. The Evening Kickback Re- ception at Embassy Suites Hotel followed by dinner at Parker’s Restaurant will round out the day. “Based on the number of our colleagues from the Unit- ed Kingdom, we could almost use our program title from 2016, The British Are Coming, The British Are Coming … again this year. It seems we’ve earned some notoriety for our quality programming. In keeping with tradition, our programming should be of interest to all funeral ser- vice practitioners,” added Sweetman.
