He did all this with only a sixth-grade education. Daniels’ nephew, Robert C. “Bobby” Hutchison, a Navy veteran, took over the business next. In 1989, his son Robert C. “Robby” Hutchison, Jr. became a licensed funeral director. He has since managed Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home. The father and son duo worked together until Bobby’s passing in 2013, but they were lucky to share 24 years running the business together.
