The officers will serve one-year terms of office that begin following the 2020 NFDA International Convention and Expo. During a recent meeting, the NFDA board of directors received a report from the Lead- ership Development Committee confirm- ing that only one individual was nominated for each of the three officer positions. Because each candidate for the three officer positions ran unopposed, the board exercised its right to record in its minutes that, in accordance with Section C.8 of Article VIII of the NFDA By- laws, each is hereby elected by the members to take their respective offices at the close of the convention.
