What have we as an industry faced dur- ing this frightening and challenging time? Many of you are giving back, even in some cas- es while struggling your- selves. Alexandria Dave , a senior at the University of Houston and daugh- ter to Allen Dave , own- er of Allen Dave Fu- neral Homes of Brenham, TX, lost her job during the pandem- ic. Since her college classes were moved to an online format, she had an extra 4 to 6 hours of spare time each day. She began sewing masks to distribute to senior citi- zens within the community.
