Pound will replace current CEO Paul Grady , who has re- signed. A search for a per- manent CEO is underway. Ford will have responsibil- ity for all operational aspects of the Partnership including the sales and customer ser- vice functions for the ceme- tery and funeral home busi- nesses. Robert B.
