MCREA LLC, located in the Dallas Fort Worth area, is in the beginning stages of making serial acquisitions in the Cremation Services industry. Our strategic plan is as follows. The Cremation Services industry is undergoing a consolidation in which larger firms are looking to capture market share through the acquisition of smaller local and regional companies. We see an excellent opportunity for quantum growth in the chaos surrounding these mergers.
Our goal is to acquire several companies, consolidate them to eliminate redundant operations, and then take the organization public with an IPO.
